First and foremost I would like to thank to God so I can accomplish my study in Binus University. Looking back at the time when I decided to pursue my Bachelor Degree despite of being an employee and as a mother of two kids at the same time it wasn’t an easy journey. However, I got a lot of support from my family (my husband especially), friends and lectures that keep encourage me to finish until the end. During my 4years study in here I gain a lot of knowledge which I can use in my work.
