I would like to thank God for enabling me to finish my studies at Binus University. Support and guidance from family, friends, seniors, and lecturers also helped me to reach this point. I have learned valuable lessons and received experiences during my studies. The internship program at Binus University also allows me to gain firsthand experience, knowledge, and skills in the hospitality industry as a preparation for my future career. I am also grateful for the guidance from supportive colleagues and supervisors that I met during my internship.
