2. UNDANGAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION INVITATION
   • Undangan wisuda bagi orang tua/wali/pasangan diberikan dalam bentuk digital.
     Graduation invitations for parents/guardians/spouse are given in digital form.
   • Undangan wisuda dapat diakses melalui aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent/BINUS Mobile for Student.
     Graduation invitations can be accessed via BINUS Mobile for Parent/BINUS Mobile for Student.
   • Aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent dapat di-download pada:
     BINUS Mobile for Parent application can be downloaded at:
     1. Google Play – Android (bit.ly/bimob-parent-android)
     2. App Store – iOS (bit.ly/bimob-parent-ios)

   • Login menggunakan NIM dan password untuk BINUS Mobile for Parent atau email dan password Binusian (binus.ac.id) untuk BINUS Mobile for Student.
     Login using StudentID and password for BINUS Mobile for Parent or Binusian email and password (binus.ac.id) for BINUS Mobile for Student.
   • Pilih titik sembilan pada pojok kanan bawah aplikasi.
     Choose nine dots on the bottom right corner of the application.
   • Pilih Graduation Invitation.
     Choose Graduation Invitation.
   • Undangan berlaku untuk 2 orang dan wajib ditunjukkan kepada petugas sebelum memasuki area gedung. Proses penukaran undangan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas dan jika sudah ditukar maka tidak dapat dibatalkan.
     The invitation is valid for 2 people and must be shown to the officer before entering the building area. The invitation can only be redeemed by the officer and if it has been redeemed, the action can not be canceled.
3. PENDATAAN KEHADIRAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION ATTENDANCE
   • Wisudawan diwajibkan untuk mendatakan kehadirannya pada saat prosesi wisuda melalui BINUSMAYA Mobile.
     Graduates are required to check in for their attendance during the graduation procession through BINUSMAYA Mobile.
   • Aplikasi BINUSMAYA Mobile dapat di-download pada:
     BINUSMAYA Mobile application can be downloaded at:
     1. Google Play – Android (bit.ly/binusmaya-android)
     2. App Store – iOS (bit.ly/binusmaya-ios)
   • Login menggunakan email dan password Binusian (binus.ac.id).
     Login using Binusian email and password (binus.ac.id).
   • Pastikan Anda sudah berada di lokasi wisuda dan sesuai dengan waktu kegiatan wisuda.
     Make sure you are at the graduation location and in accordance with the graduation time.
   • Pastikan smartphone sudah terhubung dengan koneksi internet yang stabil dan fitur location/GPS sudah dinyalakan.
     Make sure the smartphone is connected to a stable internet connection and the location/GPS feature is turned on.
   • Klik titik sembilan pada pojok kanan bawah aplikasi lalu pilih Academic Services, pilih menu Graduation, pilih tab Schedule.
     Click the nine dots in the bottom right, select Academic Services, then choose the Graduation menu and go to the Schedule tab.
   • Klik tombol Take Attendance untuk mendatakan kehadiran dan akan tampil pop up window.
     Click Take Attendance button to register your attendance and a pop up window will appear.
   • Kartu akan berubah warna sebagai berikut:
     The card color will change as follows:
     1. Warna HIJAU artinya berhasil untuk mendatakan kehadiran dan data sudah tercatat di sistem.
        GREEN color means successful in registering attendance and data already recorded in the system.
     2. Warna ORANYE artinya Anda terdata memiliki tunggakan buku perpustakaan dan/atau keuangan. Hubungi petugas terdekat untuk informasi lebih lanjut.
        ORANGE color means you have pending status (financial or library). Contact the nearest staff for more information.
     3. Warna MERAH artinya Anda gagal untuk mendatakan kehadiran. Klik tombol Retry untuk mengulang pendataan kehadiran. Pastikan Anda sudah berada di lokasi wisuda sesuai dengan waktu kegiatan wisuda, terhubung dengan koneksi internet yang stabil, dan fitur location/GPS sudah dinyalakan.
        RED color means you fail to register your attendance. Click the Retry button to repeat the check in process. Make sure you are at the graduation location according to graduation time, the smartphone is connected to a stable internet connection, and the location / GPS feature is turned on.
4. TATA TERTIB PELAKSANAAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION CEREMONY GUIDELINE
   • WISUDAWAN
     GRADUATES
     1. Wisudawan harus dalam kondisi sehat. Jika Wisudawan merasa kurang sehat, diwajibkan untuk memakai masker.
        Graduates must be in good health condition. If graduates feel unwell, they must wear mask.
     2. Paling lambat 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai, Wisudawan harus telah berada di Jakarta Convention Center (JCC). Wisudawan yang terlambat, tidak akan diizinkan masuk ruang pelantikan.
        Graduates must be at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) at the latest 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late graduates will not be allowed to enter the ceremony room.
     3. Telah mengenakan baju seperti tertera di bawah ini dan langsung memasuki Plenary Hall (tidak diperkenankan mengenakan baju toga di pintu masuk atau di lobby).
        Have worn clothes as stated below and immediately enter Plenary Hall (not allowed to wear toga at the entrance or in the lobby)
        • Lapisan Dalam:
          Inner outfit
          Pria: Kemeja putih lengan panjang, celana panjang hitam dan dasi kupu-kupu warna hitam.
          Man: White long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and black bow tie.
          Wanita: Kebaya.
          Woman: Kebaya.
        • Lapisan Luar (Baju Toga):
          Outer outfit
          Baju Toga yang dikenakan adalah baju toga yang dibagikan pada saat pembagian paket wisuda dan pastikan posisi tali kuncir topi berada di sebelah kiri.
          Toga that is distributed during the graduation package distribution and make sure that the tassel position of the cap is on the left side.
        • Sepatu
          Pria: Sepatu formal / pantofel berwarna hitam / gelap.
          Man: Black / dark color formal shoes / loafers.
          Wanita: Sepatu formal / heels.
          Woman: Shoes / heels.
        • Bagi Wisudawan yang tidak mengenakan baju toga dengan model yang ditetapkan, tidak diperkenankan mengikuti Upacara Wisuda.
          Graduates who are not wearing toga with the specified model, are not permitted to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
     4. Menempati tempat duduk sesuai dengan nomor yang ditentukan dan mendatakan kehadiran melalui BINUSMAYA Mobile.
        Sit accordance to the specified seat number and check in via BINUSMAYA Mobile for graduation attendance.
     5. Selama upacara berlangsung tidak diperkenankan meninggalkan tempat duduk dengan alasan apapun juga.
        During the graduation ceremony, graduates are not allowed to leave the seat for any reason.
     6. Pintu masuk ruangan wisuda akan ditutup 30 menit sebelum acara wisuda dimulai.
        Graduation ceremony room entrance will be closed 30 minutes before graduation ceremony begins.
     7. Pada saat pembacaan JANJI ALUMNI, para wisudawan wajib mengikuti bersama-sama dan berdiri dengan sikap sempurna.
        Read the ALUMNI PROMISES together with other graduates and stand in a perfect manner.
     8. Wajib mengikuti upacara dengan tertib dan hikmat.
        Attend the graduation ceremony with order and wisdom.
     9. Wajib menjaga kebersihan ruangan upacara wisuda.
        Keep the graduation ceremony room clean.
     10. Wajib makan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengikuti upacara wisuda.
         Eat before attending the graduation ceremony.
     11. Hal-hal lain yang belum disebutkan di atas akan diumumkan pada saat pelaksanaan wisuda.
         Other matters not mentioned above will be announced at the graduation ceremony.
   • KELUARGA WISUDAWAN DAN UNDANGAN LAINNYA
     GRADUATES FAMILY AND OTHER INVITEES
     1. Para undangan harus dalam kondisi sehat. Jika para undangan merasa kurang sehat, diwajibkan untuk memakai masker.
        Graduates must be in good health condition. If the invitees feels unwell, they must wear a mask.
     2. Anak-anak di bawah umur 14 tahun wajib didampingi oleh orang atau wali dan anak-anak di bawah umur 6 tahun tidak diperkenankan memasuki area Wisuda.
        Children under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and children under the age of 6 are not allowed to enter the Graduation area.
     3. Ketentuan proses redeem undangan
        Graduation invitation redeem policy
        • Para undangan harap membawa smartphone/gadget yang sudah terinstall aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent atau BINUS Mobile for Student dan menunjukkan undangan digital kepada petugas sebelum memasuki area gedung. Smartphone/gadget jangan dititipkan kepada wisudawan atau orang lain. Undangan berlaku untuk 2 orang.
          The invitees should bring their smartphone/gadget with the BINUS Mobile for Parent or BINUS Mobile for Student application installed and show the digital invitation to the staff before entering the building area. Smartphone/gadget should not be entrusted to graduates or other people. The invitation is valid for 2 people.
        • Proses penukaran undangan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas dan jika sudah ditukar maka tidak dapat dibatalkan.
          The invitation can only be redeemed by the officer and if it has been redeemed, the action can not be canceled.
     4. Pintu Plenary ditutup 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai sampai acara wisuda selesai. Undangan diharapkan hadir sebelum pintu ditutup.
        Plenary door will be closed 30 minutes before graduation ceremony begins until the graduation ceremony is finished. Invitees are expected to come before the door is closed.
     5. Demi ketertiban dan kelancaran jalannya upacara, selama upacara berlangsung, tidak diperkenankan meninggalkan tempat duduk dengan alasan apapun juga.
        In order to keep ceremony running smoothly, during the ceremony, it is not permitted to leave the seat for any reason.
     6. Dilarang mengambil foto pada saat pelantikan wisudawan, karena pengambilan foto telah dikoordinasi oleh panitia.
        It is forbidden to take photos during the inauguration of graduates, because graduation ceremony photo has been coordinated by the committee.
     7. Undangan disarankan untuk makan siang sebelum datang ke tempat Upacara Wisuda 70.
        Invitees are advised to have lunch before attending the 70th Graduation Ceremony.
     8. Semua undangan diharapkan untuk menjaga kebersihan ruangan upacara wisuda.
        All invitees should keep the graduation ceremony room clean.
     9. Semua undangan diharapkan untuk untuk menjaga ketertiban dan kelancaran upacara wisuda.
        All invitees should keep graduation ceremony order.
     10. Bagi keluarga lainnya yang tidak dapat melihat secara tatap muka, dapat melihat melalui link live streaming BINUS TV pada link https://www.binus.tv/live-streaming-event/.
         Other families who can’t watch the ceremony face to face, can watch via the BINUS TV live streaming on link https://www.binus.tv/live-streaming-event/.
5. INFORMASI LAINNYA
   OTHER INFORMATION
   • Biaya wisuda sudah termasuk:
     Graduation fee includes:
     1. 1 (satu) stel Baju Toga Wisuda (topi dan toga).
        1 (one) set of Graduation Robe (hat and robe).
     2. 1 (satu) buah Tabung Wisuda (khusus Program Ganda akan mendapat 2 tabung) sesuai warna fakultasnya.
        1 (one) Graduation Tube (Dual Degree Program will get 2 tubes) according to the faculty color.
     3. Berkas kelulusan.
        Graduation Documents.
   • Biaya Wisuda tidak termasuk konsumsi/snack pada hari Upacara Wisuda 70 diselenggarakan.
     Graduation fee does not includes refreshments/snacks on the day of the 70ᵗʰ Graduation Ceremony.
   • Wisudawan yang tidak mengikuti UPACARA WISUDA 70 tetap diwajibkan membayar biaya wisuda sebesar yang sudah ditetapkan untuk dapat mengambil berkas kelulusan. Wisudawan tidak akan mendapatkan baju toga dan tabung wisuda.
     Graduates who do not attend the 70ᵗʰ GRADUATION CEREMONY are still required to pay graduation fee to be able to get graduation documents. Graduates will not get graduation robe and tube.
   • Wisudawan yang telah dinyatakan layak wisuda, tetapi masih mempunyai kelebihan pembayaran uang kuliah dapat mengisi formulir penarikan dana tanggal 31 Oktober 2024 – 3 Desember 2024 dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
     Graduates who have been declared eligible to graduate, but still have excess tuition payments can fill out the withdrawal form start from October 31, 2024 until December 3, 2024 with the following conditions:
     1. Melihat kelebihan pembayaran uang kuliah melalui BINUSMAYA – Academic Services pilih menu Financial > Financial Summary, lihat Total Deposit.
        Check the excess tuition payments via BINUSMAYA – Academic Services choose menu: Financial > Financial Summary, check Total Deposit.
     2. Mengisi formulir penarikan dana pada link https://bit.ly/fpd-wisuda
        Fill in the withdrawal form via link https://bit.ly/fpd-wisuda
   • Pengambilan berkas kelulusan dilakukan saat hari Wisuda.
     The graduation file will be distributed on the day of the graduation ceremony.
   • ARO (Alumni Relation Office) menyediakan photo booth sederhana di area luar Plenary Hall yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para wisudawan. Untuk mendapatkan informasi dan layanan seputar alumni dapat mengunjungi www.binus.ac.id/alumni, serta mengunduh aplikasi BINUS Alumni Mobile pada link http://bit.ly/BAM-Android (Android) atau http://bit.ly/BAM-iOS (iOS).
     ARO (Alumni Relations Office) provides a simple photo booth outside of Plenary Hall that can be used by graduates. To get information and services about alumni, you can visit www.binus.ac.id/alumni, and download the BINUS Alumni Mobile application at the link http://bit.ly/BAM-Android (Android) or http://bit.ly/BAM-iOS (iOS).

1. Ketentuan Pembagian Paket Wisuda
   Graduation Package Distribution Terms
   Paket Wisuda akan diberikan kepada lulusan yang telah memenuhi persyaratan berikut:
   Graduation Package will be given to graduates who have fulfilled the following requirements:
   • Berstatus layak wisuda.
     Eligible to graduate.
   • Menyelesaikan semua kewajiban seperti pinjaman buku, denda perpustakaan, dan keuangan.
     Complete all obligations such as book borrowing, library fine and financial matter.
   • Sudah membayar biaya wisuda (kecuali jenjang S3 dan Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security).
     Has already paid graduation fees (except Doctoral Degree and Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security).
   • Sudah mengisi kuesioner wisuda di BINUSMAYA – Academic Services (https://newbinusmaya.binus.ac.id) / BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/).
     Has already filled in graduation questionnaire in BINUSMAYA – Academic Services (https://newbinusmaya.binus.ac.id) / BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/).
   • Bagi Mahasiswa lulusan D4/S1 Reguler dan Internasional, sudah melakukan pengisian BGA Self-Assessment (panduan dapat diakses melalui link https://bit.ly/panduan-bga)
     For Regular and International Diploma 4/Undergraduate graduates, please complete the BGA Self-Assessment (guidelines can be accessed through the link https://bit.ly/panduan-bga).
   • Sudah mengunduh dan meng-install aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Student.
     Has already downloaded and installed BINUS Mobile for Student application
   • Sudah melakukan download aplikasi BINUSMAYA Mobile. Aplikasi dapat di-download pada:

   • Menunjukkan jadwal wisuda pada BINUSMAYA Mobile, klik titik sembilan di kanan bawah, pilih Academic Services, pilih menu Graduation, pilih tab Schedule.
     Show the graduation schedule on BINUSMAYA Mobile, click the nine dots in the bottom right, select Academic Services, then choose the Graduation menu and go to the Schedule tab.
   • Pengambilan Paket Wisuda dapat diwakilkan dengan membawa screenshot menu Graduation dari BINUS Mobile for Student wisudawan, surat kuasa dengan meterai, fotokopi KTP wisudawan, dan fotokopi KTP pengambil paket.
     The graduation package collection can be delegated by bringing a screenshot of the Graduation menu from BINUS Mobile for Students, an authorization letter with a stamp, a photocopy of the graduate’s ID card, and a photocopy of the ID card of the person collecting the package.
   • Toga yang dibagikan tidak perlu dicuci untuk menghindari risiko kerusakan.
     The distributed toga does not need to be washed to avoid the risk of damage

2. Pembagian Paket Wisuda
   Graduation Package Distribution
   Paket Wisuda akan diberikan kepada lulusan yang telah memenuhi persyaratan berikut:
   Graduation Package will be given to graduates who have fulfilled the following requirements:
   • Berstatus layak wisuda.
     Eligible to graduate.
   • Menyelesaikan semua kewajiban seperti pinjaman buku, denda perpustakaan, dan keuangan.
     Complete all obligations such as book borrowing, library fine and financial matter.
   • Sudah membayar biaya wisuda (kecuali jenjang S3 dan Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security).
     Has already paid graduation fees (except Doctoral Degree and Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security).
   • Sudah mengisi kuesioner wisuda di BINUSMAYA – Academic Services (https://newbinusmaya.binus.ac.id) / BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/).
     Has already filled in graduation questionnaire in BINUSMAYA – Academic Services (https://newbinusmaya.binus.ac.id) / BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/).
   • Bagi Mahasiswa lulusan D4/S1 Reguler dan Internasional, sudah melakukan pengisian BGA Self-Assessment (panduan dapat diakses melalui link https://bit.ly/panduan-bga)
     For Regular and International Diploma 4/Undergraduate graduates, please complete the BGA Self-Assessment (guidelines can be accessed through the link https://bit.ly/panduan-bga).
   • Sudah mengunduh dan meng-install aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Student.
     Has already downloaded and installed BINUS Mobile for Student application.
   • Sudah melakukan download aplikasi BINUSMAYA Mobile. Aplikasi dapat di-download pada:

     Has already registered BINUS Alumni through https://binus.ac.id/alumni/
   • Menunjukkan jadwal wisuda pada BINUSMAYA Mobile, klik titik sembilan di kanan bawah, pilih Academic Services, pilih menu Graduation, pilih tab Schedule.
     Show the graduation schedule on BINUSMAYA Mobile, click the nine dots in the bottom right, select Academic Services, then choose the Graduation menu and go to the Schedule tab.
   • Pengambilan Paket Wisuda dapat diwakilkan dengan membawa screenshot menu Graduation dari BINUS Mobile for Student wisudawan, surat kuasa dengan meterai, fotokopi KTP wisudawan, dan fotokopi KTP pengambil paket.
     The graduation package collection can be delegated by bringing a screenshot of the Graduation menu from BINUS Mobile for Students, an authorization letter with a stamp, a photocopy of the graduate’s ID card, and a photocopy of the ID card of the person collecting the package.
   • Jadwal pembagian paket wisuda akan diinformasikan kembali.
     The graduation packages distribution schedule will be announced later.

   Paket Wisuda hanya diberikan bila wisudawan sudah memenuhi syarat sebagai berikut:

3. UNDANGAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION INVITATION
   • Undangan wisuda bagi orang tua/wali/pasangan diberikan dalam bentuk digital.
     Graduation invitations for parents/guardians/spouse are given in digital form.
   • Undangan wisuda dapat diakses melalui aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent/BINUS Mobile for Student.
     Graduation invitations can be accessed via BINUS Mobile for Parent/BINUS Mobile for Student.
   • Aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent dapat di-download pada:

     Login using StudentID and password for BINUS Mobile for Parent or Binusian email and password (binus.ac.id) for BINUS Mobile for Student.
   • Pilih titik sembilan pada pojok kanan bawah aplikasi.
     Choose nine dots on the bottom right corner of the application.
   • Pilih Graduation Invitation.
     Choose Graduation Invitation.
   • Undangan berlaku untuk 2 orang dan wajib ditunjukkan kepada petugas sebelum memasuki area gedung. Proses penukaran undangan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas dan jika sudah ditukar maka tidak dapat dibatalkan.
     The invitation is valid for 2 people and must be shown to the officer before entering the building area. The invitation can only be redeemed by the officer and if it has been redeemed, the action can not be canceled.
4. PENDATAAN KEHADIRAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION ATTENDANCE
   • Wisudawan diwajibkan untuk mendatakan kehadirannya pada saat prosesi wisuda melalui BINUSMAYA Mobile.
     Graduates are required to check in for their attendance during the graduation procession through BINUSMAYA Mobile.
   • Aplikasi BINUSMAYA Mobile dapat di-download pada:
     BINUSMAYA Mobile application can be downloaded at:
     1. Google Play – Android (bit.ly/binusmaya-android)
     2. App Store – iOS (bit.ly/binusmaya-ios)
   • Login menggunakan email dan password Binusian (binus.ac.id).
     Login using Binusian email and password (binus.ac.id).
   • Pastikan Anda sudah berada di lokasi wisuda dan sesuai dengan waktu kegiatan wisuda.
     Make sure you are at the graduation location and in accordance with the graduation time.
   • Pastikan smartphone sudah terhubung dengan koneksi internet yang stabil dan fitur location/GPS sudah dinyalakan.
     Make sure the smartphone is connected to a stable internet connection and the location/GPS feature is turned on.
   • Klik titik sembilan pada pojok kanan bawah aplikasi lalu pilih Academic Services, pilih menu Graduation, pilih tab Schedule.
     Click the nine dots in the bottom right, select Academic Services, then choose the Graduation menu and go to the Schedule tab.
   • Klik tombol Take Attendance untuk mendatakan kehadiran dan akan tampil pop up window.
     Click Take Attendance button to register your attendance and a pop up window will appear.
   • Kartu akan berubah warna sebagai berikut:
     The card color will change as follows:
     1. Warna HIJAU artinya berhasil untuk mendatakan kehadiran dan data sudah tercatat di sistem.
        GREEN color means successful in registering attendance and data already recorded in the system.
     2. Warna ORANYE artinya Anda terdata memiliki tunggakan buku perpustakaan dan/atau keuangan. Hubungi petugas terdekat untuk informasi lebih lanjut.
        ORANGE color means you have pending status (financial or library). Contact the nearest staff for more information.
     3. Warna MERAH artinya Anda gagal untuk mendatakan kehadiran. Klik tombol Retry untuk mengulang pendataan kehadiran. Pastikan Anda sudah berada di lokasi wisuda sesuai dengan waktu kegiatan wisuda, terhubung dengan koneksi internet yang stabil, dan fitur location/GPS sudah dinyalakan.
        RED color means you fail to register your attendance. Click the Retry button to repeat the check in process. Make sure you are at the graduation location according to graduation time, the smartphone is connected to a stable internet connection, and the location / GPS feature is turned on.
5. TATA TERTIB PELAKSANAAN WISUDA
   GRADUATION CEREMONY GUIDELINE
   • WISUDAWAN
     GRADUATES
     1. Wisudawan harus dalam kondisi sehat. Jika Wisudawan merasa kurang sehat, diwajibkan untuk memakai masker.
        Graduates must be in good health condition. If graduates feel unwell, they must wear mask.
     2. Paling lambat 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai, Wisudawan harus telah berada di Ballroom Grand Mercure Malang Mirama, Malang. Wisudawan yang terlambat, tidak akan diizinkan masuk ruang pelantikan.
        Graduates must be at Ballroom Grand Mercure Malang Mirama, Malang at the latest 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late graduates will not be allowed to enter the ceremony room.
     3. Telah mengenakan baju seperti tertera di bawah ini dan langsung memasuki ruangan ballroom (tidak diperkenankan mengenakan baju toga di pintu masuk atau di lobby).
        Have worn clothes as stated below and immediately enter the ballroom (not allowed to wear toga at the entrance or in the lobby)
        • Lapisan Dalam:
          Inner outfit
          Pria : Kemeja putih lengan panjang, celana panjang hitam dan dasi kupu-kupu
          warna hitam.
          Man : White long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and black bow tie.
          Wanita : Kebaya.
          Woman : Kebaya.
        • Lapisan Luar (Baju Toga):
          Outer outfit
          Baju Toga yang dikenakan adalah baju toga yang dibagikan pada saat pembagian paket wisuda dan pastikan posisi tali kuncir topi berada di sebelah kiri.
          Toga that is distributed during the graduation package distribution and make sure that the tassel position of the cap is on the left side.
        • Sepatu
          Pria : Sepatu formal / pantofel berwarna hitam / gelap.
          Man : Black / dark color formal shoes / loafers.
          Wanita : Sepatu formal / heels.
          Woman : Shoes / heels.
        • Bagi Wisudawan yang tidak mengenakan baju toga dengan model yang ditetapkan, tidak diperkenankan mengikuti Upacara Wisuda.
          Graduates who are not wearing toga with the specified model, are not permitted to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
     4. Menempati tempat duduk sesuai dengan nomor yang ditentukan dan mendatakan kehadiran melalui BINUSMAYA Mobile.
        Sit accordance to the specified seat number and check in via BINUSMAYA Mobile for graduation attendance.
     5. Selama upacara berlangsung tidak diperkenankan meninggalkan tempat duduk dengan alasan apapun juga.
        During the graduation ceremony, graduates are not allowed to leave the seat for any reason.
     6. Pintu masuk ruangan wisuda akan ditutup 30 menit sebelum acara wisuda dimulai.
        Graduation ceremony room entrance will be closed 30 minutes before graduation ceremony begins.
     7. Pada saat pembacaan JANJI ALUMNI, para wisudawan wajib mengikuti bersama-sama dan berdiri dengan sikap sempurna.
        Read the ALUMNI PROMISES together with other graduates and stand in a perfect manner.
     8. Wajib mengikuti upacara dengan tertib dan hikmat.
        Attend the graduation ceremony with order and wisdom.
     9. Wajib menjaga kebersihan ruangan upacara wisuda.
        Keep the graduation ceremony room clean.
     10. Wajib makan terlebih dahulu sebelum mengikuti upacara wisuda.
         Eat before attending the graduation ceremony.
     11. Hal-hal lain yang belum disebutkan di atas akan diumumkan pada saat pelaksanaan wisuda.
         Other matters not mentioned above will be announced at the graduation ceremony.
   • KELUARGA WISUDAWAN DAN UNDANGAN LAINNYA
     GRADUATES FAMILY AND OTHER INVITEES
     1. Para undangan harus dalam kondisi sehat. Jika para undangan merasa kurang sehat, diwajibkan untuk memakai masker.
        Graduates must be in good health condition. If the invitees feels unwell, they must wear a mask.
     2. Anak-anak di bawah umur 14 tahun wajib didampingi oleh orang atau wali dan anak-anak di bawah umur 6 tahun tidak diperkenankan memasuki area Wisuda.
        Children under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and children under the age of 6 are not allowed to enter the Graduation area.
     3. Ketentuan proses redeem undangan
        Graduation invitation redeem policy
        • Para undangan harap membawa smartphone/gadget yang sudah terinstall aplikasi BINUS Mobile for Parent atau BINUS Mobile for Student dan menunjukkan undangan digital kepada petugas sebelum memasuki area gedung. Smartphone/gadget jangan dititipkan kepada wisudawan atau orang lain. Undangan berlaku untuk 2 orang.
          The invitees should bring their smartphone/gadget with the BINUS Mobile for Parent or BINUS Mobile for Student application installed and show the digital invitation to the staff before entering the building area. Smartphone/gadget should not be entrusted to graduates or other people. The invitation is valid for 2 people.
        • Proses penukaran undangan hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas dan jika sudah ditukar maka tidak dapat dibatalkan.
          The invitation can only be redeemed by the officer and if it has been redeemed, the action can not be canceled.
     4. Pintu Ballroom ditutup 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai sampai acara wisuda selesai. Undangan diharapkan hadir sebelum pintu ditutup.
        Ballroom door will be closed 30 minutes before graduation ceremony begins until the graduation ceremony is finished. Invitees are expected to come before the door is closed.
     5. Demi ketertiban dan kelancaran jalannya upacara, selama upacara berlangsung, tidak diperkenankan meninggalkan tempat duduk dengan alasan apapun juga.
        In order to keep ceremony running smoothly, during the ceremony, it is not permitted to leave the seat for any reason.
     6. Dilarang mengambil foto pada saat pelantikan wisudawan, karena pengambilan foto telah dikoordinasi oleh panitia.
        It is forbidden to take photos during the inauguration of graduates, because graduation ceremony photo has been coordinated by the committee.
     7. Undangan disarankan untuk makan siang sebelum datang ke tempat Upacara Wisuda 70.
        Invitees are advised to have lunch before attending the 70th Graduation Ceremony.
     8. Semua undangan diharapkan untuk menjaga kebersihan ruangan upacara wisuda.
        All invitees should keep the graduation ceremony room clean.
     9. Semua undangan diharapkan untuk untuk menjaga ketertiban dan kelancaran upacara wisuda.
        All invitees should keep graduation ceremony order.
     10. Bagi keluarga lainnya yang tidak dapat melihat secara tatap muka, dapat melihat melalui link live streaming BINUS TV pada link https://www.binus.tv/live-streaming-event/.
         Other families who can’t watch the ceremony face to face, can watch via the BINUS TV live streaming on link https://www.binus.tv/live-streaming-event/.
6. INFORMASI LAINNYA
   OTHER INFORMATION
   • Biaya wisuda sudah termasuk:
     Graduation fee includes:
     1. 1 (satu) stel Baju Toga Wisuda (topi dan toga).
        1 (one) set of Graduation Robe (hat and robe).
     2. 1 (satu) buah Tabung Wisuda (khusus Program Ganda akan mendapat 2 tabung) sesuai warna fakultasnya.
        1 (one) Graduation Tube (Dual Degree Program will get 2 tubes) according to the faculty color.
     3. Berkas kelulusan.
        Graduation Documents.
   • Biaya Wisuda sudah termasuk konsumsi/snack pada hari Upacara Wisuda 70 diselenggarakan.
     Graduation fee already includes refreshments/snacks on the day of the 70ᵗʰ Graduation Ceremony.
   • Wisudawan yang tidak mengikuti UPACARA WISUDA 70 tetap diwajibkan membayar biaya wisuda sebesar yang sudah ditetapkan untuk dapat mengambil berkas kelulusan. Wisudawan tidak akan mendapatkan baju toga dan tabung wisuda.
     Graduates who do not attend the 70ᵗʰ GRADUATION CEREMONY are still required to pay graduation fee to be able to get graduation documents. Graduates will not get graduation robe and tube.
   • Wisudawan yang telah dinyatakan layak wisuda, tetapi masih mempunyai kelebihan pembayaran uang kuliah dapat mengisi formulir penarikan dana tanggal 31 Oktober 2024 – 3 Desember 2024 dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
     Graduates who have been declared eligible to graduate, but still have excess tuition payments can fill out the withdrawal form start from October 31, 2024 until December 3, 2024 with the following conditions:

   • Pengambilan berkas kelulusan dilakukan saat hari Wisuda.

   • ARO (Alumni Relation Office) menyediakan photo booth sederhana di area luar Ballroom 1, Grand Mercure Malang Mirama, Malang, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para wisudawan. Berikut informasi mengenai layanan foto wisuda, terdiri dari foto pelantikan dan foto studio. Wisudawan dipersilakan mengisi link pendaftaran untuk memudahkan pendataan hasil foto pelantikan berdasarkan urutan pemanggilan saat hari wisuda.

1. Panitia Wisuda menunjuk TARZAN PHOTO sebagai fotografer resmi Wisuda 70 BINUS University.
2. Untuk kelengkapan data produksi foto prosesi pelantikan wisuda maka seluruh wisudawan wajib melakukan registrasi, sebagai berikut:
   • Seluruh wisudawan WAJIB mengisi formulir registrasi foto prosesi pelantikan wisuda di link https://registrasidatawisuda.com/ klik Registrasi User di sini. Registrasi paling lambat dilakukan hari Minggu, 3 November 2024 untuk Wisuda Malang dan hari Minggu, 17 November 2024 untuk Wisuda lainnya. Jika informasi tanggal dan sesi wisuda belum diketahui karena menunggu pengumuman, maka dapat memilih tanggal dan sesi pertama.
   • Foto prosesi wisuda belum termasuk di dalam biaya wisuda dan wisudawan yang ingin mendapatkan foto prosesi perlu melakukan pembayaran pemesanan. Pembayaran pemesanan dapat dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) cara yaitu:

1. Sehubungan dengan antusiasme Wisudawan dalam pendaftaran Binusian dan Wibowo Award, maka pendaftaran dibuka kembali pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober 2024. Perpanjangan waktu ini adalah kesempatan terakhir bagi Wisudawan melakukan pendaftaran.
   Considering the graduates’ enthusiasm for Binusian and Wibowo Award registration, the registration will be reopened from October 29, 2024, to October 30, 2024. This extension of time is the last opportunity for graduates to register.

     Penghargaan ini diberikan pada setiap acara wisuda kepada 1 (satu) orang Wisudawan yang berprestasi secara akademik, memiliki inovasi yang tinggi dalam karya-karya yang dihasilkan, dan aktif dalam kompetisi-kompetisi/kegiatan ilmiah tingkat Nasional atau Internasional dengan membawa nama baik Universitas Bina Nusantara.
     This award is given at each graduation ceremony to 1 (one) graduate who has excellent academic achievement, high innovation in the works produced and actively participated in National or International level competitions/scientific activities to represent Bina Nusantara University.Ketentuan BINUSIAN Award:

     1. Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Nusantara jenjang D4/S1.
        D4/S1 Bina Nusantara University students.

     Penghargaan ini diberikan pada setiap acara wisuda kepada 1 (satu) orang Wisudawan yang berprestasi secara akademik dan aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Bina Nusantara.
     This award is given at each graduation ceremony to 1 (one) graduate with excellent academic achievement and who actively participates in student organization activities at Bina Nusantara University.
     
     Ketentuan WIBOWO Award:
     WIBOWO Award requirements:
     1. Mahasiswa Universitas Bina Nusantara jenjang D4/S1.
        D4/S1 Bina Nusantara University students.
     2. IPK ≥ 3.50 dan masa studi sampai diwisuda paling lama 5 tahun.

   • Pendaftaran dilakukan dengan cara mengisi secara lengkap dan benar Formulir Pendaftaran BINUSIAN / WIBOWO Award mulai tanggal 4 Oktober 2024 hingga tanggal 12 Oktober 2024 melalui:

   • Pendaftaran yang diterima akan diproses dan diseleksi. Bila tidak ada yang memenuhi syarat, maka penghargaan tidak akan diberikan pada periode ini. Bila ada calon terpilih maka hasil seleksi akan diumumkan pada acara Wisuda 70. Panitia Wisuda akan membatalkan penghargaan bagi Wisudawan yang belum melakukan pembayaran biaya wisuda. The received registrations will be processed and screened. If no one fulfills the requirements, then the award will not be given in this period. If there are selected candidates, the results will be announced at 70^th Graduation Ceremony. The Graduation Committee will cancel the award for graduates who have not paid the graduation fees.

KETENTUAN WISUDA

• Wisuda merupakan acara wajib bagi Mahasiswa yang telah layak wisuda (eligible) dan menjadi salah satu persyaratan untuk mengambil berkas kelulusan. Status layak wisuda dapat dilihat di BINUSMAYA Academic Services, MyBASE, atau LMS pada menu Graduation, pilih sub menu Status & Schedule.
• Biaya Wisuda 70 adalah sebesar :
  1. Rp 1.850.000 (Satu Juta Delapan Ratus Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah) untuk Wisudawan S1 Reguler BINUS @Malang.
  2. Rp 1.750.000 (Satu Juta Tujuh Ratus Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah) untuk Wisudawan lainnya.
• Pembayaran dilakukan selambatnya pada hari :
  1. Senin, 14 Oktober 2024 untuk Wisudawan S1 Reguler BINUS @Malang.
  2. Rabu, 23 Oktober 2024 untuk Wisudawan lainnya.
     Panduan pembayaran tercantum pada bagian akhir pengumuman ini. Harap simpan bukti pembayaran apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan untuk verifikasi.
• Wisudawan BINUS Doctoral Program dan Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security tidak perlu melakukan pembayaran karena biaya wisuda sudah termasuk dalam biaya perkuliahan.
• Setelah melakukan pembayaran, Wisudawan akan mendapatkan paket wisuda yang akan dibagikan di masing-masing lokasi kampus (Jadwal pembagian paket akan diumumkan kembali).
• Sebelum melakukan pengambilan paket wisuda, Wisudawan wajib:
  1. Melakukan pengisian Survei Wisuda (Questionnaire) di BINUSMAYA atau BINUS Online Services, pada:
     • BINUSMAYA (https://binusmaya.binus.ac.id): untuk S1 Reguler / S1 International / BINUS ASO School of Engineering / S2 Reguler / S2 International / S3 / Profesi, melakukan login, pilih apps launcher di pojok kiri atas, pilih Academic Services, lihat informasi mengenai Graduation Questionnaire dalam bentuk popup, pilih Action dan klik “DO”. Lanjutkan mengisi Survei Wisuda, setelah diisi klik “Submit”.
     • BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/): untuk S1 BINUS Online / S2 Online Learning, melakukan login, lihat informasi mengenai Graduation Questionnaire dalam bentuk popup, pilih Action dan klik “DO”. Lanjutkan mengisi Survei Wisuda, setelah diisi klik “Submit”.
  2. Melakukan pengecekan hasil pengisian Survei Wisuda (Questionnaire) di BINUSMAYA atau BINUS Online Services, pada:
     • BINUSMAYA (https://binusmaya.binus.ac.id): untuk S1 Reguler / S1 International / BINUS ASO School of Engineering / S2 Reguler / S2 International / S3 / Profesi, melakukan login, pilih apps launcher di pojok kiri atas, pilih Academic Services, pilih menu Graduation, pilih Questionnaire.
     • BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/): untuk S1 BINUS Online / S2 Online Learning, melakukan login dan pilih Questionnaire Graduation.
  3. Bergabung dengan Ikatan Alumni BINUS: IKABINUS dan mendapatkan BINUS Point Rewards dengan langkah sebagai berikut:
     • Download dan install BINUS Alumni Mobile App, melalui link: Android: http://bit.ly/BAM–Android atau iOS: http://bit.ly/BAM–iOS.
     • Registrasi akun melalui https://binus.ac.id/alumni/ lalu klik tombol Activation. Informasi detil dapat dilihat pada artikel di BINUS Support pada link berikut: https://support.binus.ac.id/article/ikabinus–point–rewards/
  4. Menginformasikan kepada Orang Tua Wisudawan (khusus untuk wisudawan jenjang D4 dan S1) untuk melakukan pengisian Kuesioner Orang Tua Wisudawan pada link: https://bit.ly/Survey_orangtuawisudawan.
• Paket wisuda terdiri dari: 1 set toga (baju dan topi) dan tas eksklusif Wisuda 70. Tabung akan diberikan pada saat pelaksanaan Wisuda.
• Wisudawan akan mendapatkan undangan digital yang berlaku untuk 2 orang (orang tua dan/atau pasangan). Tidak disediakan undangan tambahan karena kapasitas gedung yang terbatas. Untuk wisudawan tidak memerlukan undangan.
• Berkas kelulusan akan dibagikan pada saat prosesi di Hari Wisuda.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

• The graduation ceremony is mandatory for students with eligible graduation status and is a requirement to retrieve the graduation documents. The graduation eligibility status can be seen on BINUSMAYA Academic Services, MyBASE, or LMS in the menu Graduation. Choose Graduation Status.
• 70^th Graduation fee is
  1. Rp1,850,000 (One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) for Graduates of Regular Bachelor Programs BINUS @Malang
  2. Rp1,750,000 (One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) for other graduates
• Payment must be made no later than :
  1. Monday, October 14, 2024 for Graduates of Regular Bachelor Programs BINUS @Malang 
  2. Wednesday, October 23, 2024 for other graduates
     Payment guidelines are provided at the end of this announcement. Please keep the payment receipt in case it is needed for verification at any time.
• BINUS Doctoral Program graduates and BINUS Magister of Computer Science Executive Program Super Specialist Cyber Security graduates do not need to make a payment because the graduation fee is included in the tuition fee.
• After making the payment, graduates will receive a graduation package which will be distributed at each campus location (The package distribution schedule will be announced later).
• Before taking the graduation package, graduates must:
  1. Complete the Graduation Questionnaire on BINUSMAYA or BINUS Online Services, at:
     • BINUSMAYA (https://binusmaya.binus.ac.id): for Bachelor’s Regular / Bachelor’s International / BINUS ASO School of Engineering / Master’s Regular / Master’s International / Doctorate / Profession graduates by clicking login, access the apps launcher on the top left corner of the page, select Academic Services, find Graduation Questionnaire information in the popup window, choose Action and click “DO”. Complete the Graduation Questionnaire and click “Submit” after filling out the form.
     • BINUS Online Services (https://onlineservices.apps.binus.ac.id/): for Bachelor’s BINUS Online / Master’s Online Learning, by clicking login, find Graduation Questionnaire information in the popup window, choose Action and click “DO”. Complete the Graduation Questionnaire and click “Submit” after filling out the form.
  2. Check the Graduation Questionnaire responses on BINUSMAYA or BINUS Online Services, at:
     • BINUSMAYA (https://binusmaya.binus.ac.id): for Bachelor’s Regular / Bachelor’s International / BINUS ASO School of Engineering / Master’s Regular / Master’s International / Doctorate / Profession graduates by clicking login, access the apps launcher on the top left corner of the page, select Academic Services, select the Graduation menu, and choose Questionnaire.

  3. Join the BINUS Alumni Association: IKABINUS and earn BINUS Point Rewards by following these steps:

  4. Inform your parents (only for Bachelor’s graduates) to fill out the Parent’s Graduates Questionnaire at the link: https://bit.ly/Survey_orangtuawisudawan.
• The toga package contains: 1 set of a toga (graduation robe and hat), and an exclusive 70^th Graduation bag. The graduation tube will be given at the time of the graduation ceremony.
• Graduates will get digital invitation that valid for 2 people (parents and/or spouse). Additional invitation orders are not available due to limited venue capacity. Graduates do not need an invitation.
• The graduation documents will be distributed during the procession on Graduation Day.

    Make sure the payment details are correct such as VA No., Name, and Total Bill.
  • Masukkan Total Tagihan, lalu klik Benar. Pastikan nominal tagihan yang diinput sudah benar.
    Enter the Total Bill, then click Ok. Make sure the billing amount entered is correct.
  • Jika sudah benar, klik Ya.
    If it is correct, click Yes.
  • Simpan setruk transaksi sebagai bukti pembayaran.

    Log in to the BCA Mobile application.
  • Pilih menu m-BCA, kemudian masukkan kode akses m-BCA.
    Select the m-BCA menu. Then enter the m-BCA access code.
  • Pilih m-Transfer > BCA Virtual Account. Select m-Transfer > BCA Virtual Account.
  • Masukkan nomor virtual account (VA) sesuai kampus & NIM.
    Enter the virtual account (VA) number according to the campus & Student Id.
  • Pastikan nama kamu dan Total Tagihannya sudah benar, klik Ok.
    Make sure your name and total bill are correct. Click Ok.
  • Masukkan Total Tagihan, lalu klik Ok. Pastikan nominal tagihan yang diinput sudah benar.
    Enter the Total Bill, then click Ok. Make sure the billing amount entered is correct.
  • Klik Ok, dan masukkan PIN m-BCA.
    Click Ok and enter the m-BCA pin.
  • Simpan notifikasi yang muncul sebagai bukti pembayaran.
    Save the notification that appears as proof of payment.
